A student must enroll by the deadline for registration date. NOTE: A maximum of five students accepted per class. Only individuals that have paid the required registration fee ($1,000) will be guaranteed a seat in the class. And, the balance of the tuition is due by the deadline for registration date.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS                APPLICATION (For In Class Program)

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Applicants must be interviewed by telephone or in person by a representative of the School of Business Brokerage.

Applicants must be a high school graduate or hold a GED.

ATTENDANCE

A student must attend 95% of each class/workshop in order to receive credit for the class. The make up of a missed class/workshop is at the discretion of the instructor. Late arrivals or early departures are distracting and disrespectful to the instructor and other students. All late arrival or missed class/workshops must be pre approved by the instructor.

TESTING

A student must score at least 80 on the final exam to graduate. A student with a non-passing grade will be allowed to retake the exam one time for an additional fee of $ 100.00.

TUITION AND FEES – For In Class Program

Tuition: $ 2,495.00 for the complete program including all in class instruction, pre class assignments, application workshops, field-work, textbooks, in class supplements, handouts, course workbook, and designated online course, exercises, and assigned web conferences.

DEPOSIT – For In Class ProgramUpon notification of acceptance a $ 1,000.00 registration fee is due with the tuition balance due by the close of registration. Payment may be made by personal check, certified check, or all major credit cards or PayPal through the Campus Store. Failure to pay tuition balance by registration deadline may result in loss of the reserved class seat.

Online Training – Total Tuition due at registration.  No refunds after course materials have been shipped to student.

REFUNDS

Registration Fee ($ 1,000) is non-refundable. Should unexpected circumstances prevent a student from attending the scheduled session, rescheduling within the next 12 months will be allowed. Class size is limited to five students to all for maximum one-on-one instruction. Any change in class dates must be made before the stated registration deadline.

CLASS LOCATION

All classes are held in Greensboro, NC. Classes are conducted in a Board Room / Conference Room Style setting / Class Room setting. On acceptance, each student receives a welcome letter that includes complete information to help with travel and lodging arrangements. Area hotels offer rates averaging $ 55.00 to $ 80.00 per night. The Greensboro – Triad Airport is a convenient 10 minute drive from class facilities. Each student will need to make arrangements for transportation from the hotel to class each day.
