School of Business Brokerage - Webinar Fast Trac - Course 101- Business Brokerage Basics (Maximum Enrollment of 5 students) 20 Hours of training, conducted LIVE via a Webinar format for four hours over a period of five days.
(Required Prerequiste: In order to participate in our Webinar Fast Trac - Course 101, you must have been a full time, practicing Real Estate Agent, Residential or Commercial, for a minimum of two years prior to registration.Due to the limited number of training hours, 20, we do not cover all of the materials covered in our In Class Training or Complete Online Training. Thus, without prior transaction experience, many students will not be able to get the best results from this condensed training method.)
Upon registration and verification of RE experience, your training materials are shipped (see items below). You will login to our Webinar Training Center each day at the stated start time. You will be able to watch the entire, LIVE, presentation on your computer. To hear the presentation, you will take part in a telephone conference call. NOTE: this is not a prerecorded presentation but an interactive LIVE presentation. We limit the number of students to five so everyone has ample time to ask questions, discuss topics and seek feedback.

The program focuses implementation of a business action plan and transaction coaching. Each student is assigned an instructor/business broker that conducts the program via a weekly scheduled telephone call. This is a structured goal focused program designed to provide the support necessary to start and build a new business brokerage firm.
