Wit and Wisdom
“This book of wit and wisdom in business brokerage tells of some of the experiences that I, or friends of mine, have had. As far as I know, no college gives a degree in business brokerage, so even though we have a degree and life experiences that are beneficial, we still need a 'PH.D in Street,' and that is what this book is all about. Most of the experiences I tell about are on the personal, human relations side of business sales, rather than the nuts and bolts of number crunching and tax ramifications. I have also included some practical 'Tips of the Trade,' which I hope will provide quick reference guidelines. They come from my own 'war chest,' as well as from many voices with a long tenure in the trenches.”
